Cancellation Policy
To respect both my time and my clients’ scheduled appointments, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced:
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total (full set or refill).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• All deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
• If you choose to book a new appointment after canceling or rescheduling, a new deposit will be required to secure your spot.
